Is it possible to exchange items after my order has been placed?
We do offer exchanges for items purchased from our store, provided they are returned in their original packaging and have not been worn. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they will be shipped separately, and you will receive two tracking numbers. In-stock items are dispatched immediately, while pre-order items are shipped based on their estimated start ship dates mentioned in the product description.
After dispatch, deliveries within the US typically take 2-9 business days. International deliveries can take 4-20 business days. However, please note that orders shipped to South America, the Middle East, and Asia may take 1-3 months to be delivered after they’ve been shipped.
